Azure Data Residency

EZAIX platforms are deployed in your Microsoft Azure tenant. Customer data processed by our platforms remains within your Azure environment and is subject to your organization's data residency configuration. We do not transfer customer operational data outside of your Azure tenant.

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest in Azure is protected by Azure Storage Service Encryption (SSE) with Microsoft-managed or customer-managed keys, depending on your configuration.

We implement role-based access controls (RBAC), multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege principles to limit access to personal data to authorized personnel only.

Microsoft Azure

Our products are built on and deployed within Microsoft Azure. Microsoft's data processing practices are governed by the Microsoft Data Protection Addendum (DPA) and applicable Azure compliance certifications.
